Family Physician
The family physicians provide care for every member of your family, starting at birth through the geriatric years. We provide continuing, comprehensive healthcare that addresses your health concerns and focuses on prevention of disease and promotion of wellness.
For infants, children, and adolescents, we perform well checks and treat everything from common colds to chronic childhood illnesses. For adults, we treat common illnesses, monitor diabetes, and hypertension, and provide tests and screenings to keep our patients in the best possible health. We also care for older adults, including palliative care.

What is Cardiology Test Diagnostics and Consult?
- A cardiology consult is a medical evaluation by a heart specialist (cardiologist). It is done to
assess symptoms, risks, or known conditions related to the heart and blood vessels. - Cardiology tests are diagnostic procedures used to check how well your heart is working, and to
find signs of heart disease.

– Holter Monitor (24, 48, 72 Hours and 14 Days)

Neurology Test
1.Electroencephalogram (EEG)
Purpose: Measures electrical activity in the brain.
Used For: Diagnosing epilepsy, seizures, sleep disorders, brain injuries, Fainting, Motor vehicle

2.Electromyography (EMG)
Purpose: Assesses the health of muscles and the nerve cells that control them.
Used For: Muscle disorders, motor neuron disease, nerve dysfunction.
3. Nerve Conduction Study (NCS)
Purpose: Measures how fast electrical impulses move through nerves.
Used For: Diagnosing nerve damage, carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy.
