Our broad-based practice includes adult medicine, Cardiac, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, minor surgery and counseling services. If needed, our providers can easily refer patients to other specialists and help manage their overall health during the treatment process. As a patient Centered Medical Home, we provide comprehensive care not available in community primary care practices. These services include night home care visit, diagnostic tests, blood lab, pharmacy consultations, and social services assistance to help handle complex concerns in a patient-centered manner.
